Send a sketch, a drawing, a photo or a physical sample. We develop the tooling, make the prototype and run production — and the finished item is listed for your account only, never in our public catalogue.
You do not need a finished design. Most projects start from one of these.
Describe the look you want in words, plus a few reference photos of what you like. We turn it into a manufacturable proposal.
2D drawings, 3D files, a mood board, or a photo of an existing product you want improved.
Post us a sample. We take it apart, measure it, and tell you what can be moulded as is and what should change.
Pick the track that matches what you want. Both can be quoted in the same working week.
Stays on our existing production line: Pantone colour matching, custom height and size, a different pot, your own label and packaging. No new tooling is needed.
A shape that does not exist yet. We review the design, quote the tooling, make a prototype, then cut the mould and run production. The tool and the product belong to your project.
Six steps, one contact person from start to finish.
Send the idea, drawing or sample. Tell us the target market, the quantity you expect to run and the price you need to hit.
We check what can be moulded as drawn and what should change, and send you a short written feedback before any price is discussed.
Tooling cost, unit price at your quantity and lead time — all in one written quotation, item by item.
A real sample from the trial shot. Nothing goes into mass production until you approve it in writing.
Mould build takes about 20-30 working days after the design is frozen. Any design change after that restarts part of the work.
Mass production about 15-20 working days after sample approval, then shipping on the terms you normally use.
These are not slogans — each one is a rule we apply to the project.
Once the tooling is paid for, the mould belongs to you and can be moved to another factory on request.
For 24 months from the first shipment we do not sell the same design to anyone else in your market.
The finished product is listed for your account only. It does not appear in our product list, search results or price lists.
If your company requires one, we sign a mutual NDA before you send the drawings.
We run our own production lines and work with long-term partner tool shops — the team that quotes your tooling is the team that runs your order.
Injection, hardware and assembly in house; mould making by partners we have worked with for years, followed up by us.
Flowers, leaves, fruit, trunks, pots and project pieces — the same category every day, so the tooling advice is not generic.
You see and touch a real sample before the mould is cut, so the risk stays with us and does not end up on your shelf.
The same person answers the DFM questions, the quotation and the production schedule.
Your brand on the product, your carton artwork, your barcode and your shipping marks.
FOB, CIF or DDP; commercial invoice, packing list and the certificates your market asks for.
Short answers here. The binding figures always come in the written quotation.
It depends on the part: size, number of cavities, steel grade and surface finish. We quote it item by item after the review, so you can see what drives the price.
Yes. From the first order of 5000 USD or more we deduct 100% of the tooling cost, until it is fully covered.
For a new mould we normally start at 3000 pieces or 5000 USD, whichever is easier for you to reach.
That is Track A and needs no tooling: Pantone colour matching, custom height and size, a different pot.
Drawings stay with the project team, the mould is never used for another customer, and we can sign an NDA before you send anything.
We do not take on parts in direct food contact, electrical or electronic assemblies, load-bearing structural parts. Everything else in artificial foliage, pots and project pieces is open for discussion.
Company, contact and email are enough to start. Add a sketch, a drawing or photos if you have them.

First reply within one working day. If you already have drawings or a sample, say so and the DFM questions come back in the same reply.
